Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
  • Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
  • Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management
  • Supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives
  • Maintain billable client charging and assist with leading delivery streams
  • Manage projects and engage with external clients daily
  • Work closely with clients to deliver system implementations and manage special projects that enhance operational efficiency and revenue management
  • Conduct system configuration, testing, and user training for SAP PRA modules
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant SAP consulting experience focusing on the Production Revenue Accounting (PRA) module within the IS-OIL industry solution
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector
  • Strong understanding of revenue accounting processes, production reporting, and regulatory requirements in the oil and gas industry
  • Experience leading SAP PRA module implementations for clients in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector
  • Ability to collaborate with clients to gather requirements and analyze business processes
  • Experience developing functional specifications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel, estimated at 60+%

Nice to Have

  • Prior consulting industry experience
  • SAP certification in Financial Accounting or related modules
  • Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of core modules
  • Additional SAP Finance certificates
  • Prior industry experience in accounting departments
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of SAP PRA module consulting experience
  • Experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector
  • Functional specifications development experience
  • Willingness to travel (60+%)

  • Base salary range from $102,500 to $187,900 (US-wide) and $122,900 to $213,400 (NYC, Washington State, California)
