The role of Scriptwriter in Sao Paulo involves creating engaging educational scripts for audiovisual materials, collaborating with content teams, and ensuring content accessibility and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

Creating scripts for educational videos.
Adapting technical and behavioral content into accessible and interesting narratives for different audiences.
Developing storytelling and creative concepts that facilitate understanding and retention of information.
Applying educational methodologies such as pill concepts, microlearning, and nanolearning to create short, effective content.
Researching and analyzing technical and educational information.
Participating in planning, brainstorming, and briefing meetings with clients.
Accompanying recordings in GP's studio or on location as needed.
Adjusting scripts based on feedback from reviewers and stakeholders.
Ensuring all scripts comply with company guidelines, inclusion, accessibility, and non-disability parameters.
Ensuring content is culturally sensitive and appropriate for the target audience.

Requirements

Degree in Communication, Journalism, Literature, Advertising, Cinema, Audiovisual, or related areas.
Previous experience in creating scripts for educational or training videos.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to transform complex information into accessible narratives.
Strong command of Portuguese grammar and spelling.
Knowledge of storytelling techniques and narrative structure.
Knowledge of educational methodologies is desirable.
