Key Responsibilities

Support clients to transform their business problems through engineering solutions.
Assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy distributed software applications.
Deliver high-quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
Communicate progress to client engagement teams.
Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field.
A minimum of 6 years' experience in technology software development.
Back-end experience using modern technologies like Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless, and Cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
Front-end development with modern frameworks and practices like React, Angular, or Responsive web design.
Experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience building applications/platforms with cloud native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, container deployment.
Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
Experience working with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing, and knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques.
Experience in delivering digital projects and products using agile methodologies.
Familiarity with automated testing and complex system integration.
Ability to design and architect large business-critical systems.

Nice to Have

Experience with Akka/Scala.
Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ.
Experience with ElasticSearch.
Experience with Hadoop/Spark/Flume.
Experience with MongoDB, Cassandra, or other NoSQL databases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 6 years' experience in software development.

Salary range in the US: $85,700 to $195,800; in NYC, Washington State, and California: $102,900 to $222,500.
