Senior Advanced AI Software Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI models and systems based on the latest research and industry advancements.
• Translate research prototypes into production-ready code and scalable solutions.
• Optimize algorithms and models for performance, efficiency, and reliability in real-world applications.
• Deploy AI models and systems into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into products and services, addressing technical and scalability challenges.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, making improvements and adjustments as needed to ensure continued effectiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AI development and deployment issues.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest developments in AI research and technology, and apply relevant advancements to improve AI systems and models.
• Conduct experiments and tests to validate the performance of AI models and identify areas for enhancement.
• Contribute to the innovation pipeline by proposing and developing new AI technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent minimum 12 years work experience, or minimum 6 years' work experience with Associate's degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related backgrounds.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., Pytorch, TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing.
• Bonus points if you have 5+ years of work experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• 5+ years of work experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Pytorch, TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing.
• 2+ years of work experience in conducting research in machine learning, natural language processing or computer vision.
• Master or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields.

Nice to Have

• 5+ years of work experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.

Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI research.
