The North America (NOAM) Workforce Management Forecasting & Data Insights Senior Analyst is a highly motivated and analytical professional responsible for integrating data insights and scheduling expertise to optimize workforce management processes. This role combines analytical skills with scheduling and forecasting capabilities to drive operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience. The incumbent will work closely with various teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and effective use of UKG Pro Workforce Management systems. Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.
