Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of product and program managers.
  • Work closely with key leaders in the Enterprise Digital Media field organization to understand business needs and identify additional opportunities for data solutions to accelerate growth and capture organizational efficiency.
  • Drive strategy, document requirements, and lead the design, development, and implementation of Business Intelligence reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Work closely with developers to oversee implementation and ensure that product requirements are successfully met.
  • Lead the process and approach for establishing the Customer Intelligence team's roadmap in partnership with key business leaders.
  • Establish the team's ongoing program management and operational infrastructure needed to efficiently deliver the roadmap.
  • Establish standard operating procedures for the Customer Intelligence's service desk team that provides support to all users of reporting solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience in data-driven roles and 3+ years of experience in product management in data and analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Strong analytical and business problem solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional partners.
  • Previous operational experience in process design and optimization is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, with a 'figure-it-out' approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, and an unfailingly positive attitude.
