About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with GTM use cases such as sales enablement, lead management, and partner operations.
• Leverage AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows, integrate machine learning models, and streamline decision-making processes in GTM activities.
• Design AI-powered systems utilizing LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval to provide contextual insights and automation.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to surface relevant, real-time data to sales teams to facilitate deal closing.
• Implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution, including lead routing, customer scoring, and increasing deal velocity.
• Work closely with Product and Business Operations teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact.
• Build resilient, secure, and high-performance systems following industry best practices.
• Contribute to team success through mentorship, design discussions, and setting high standards for code quality and innovation.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of development experience with a background in the Go-To-Market (GTM) domain.
• Experience in application development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency with AIA Studio for AI workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of AI systems using LLMs, Agentic AI, semantic retrieval, and Knowledge Graphs.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and AI automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of scalable system design, security, and performance optimization.
• Technical skills in Pytorch, Python, SQL, and data analytics tools like TensorFlow.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
