Senior Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, high performing digital assets for use on the site, digital marketing, and social campaigns.
• Optimize designs for performance and user experience, leading with typography, layout, imagery, and motion design skills.
• Create and implement new templates, systems, and design treatments that scale across channels.
• Retouch, color correct, and digitally modify in-house fashion editorial imagery to meet visual merchandising needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Designers and Associate Designers, reviewing work, providing feedback, and supporting growth.
• Design, maintain, and enforce visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Merchants, Marketers, and Creative Operations Project Managers.
• Guide the team through project cycles, helping prioritize, problem-solve, and create stronger work.
• Manage multiple complex projects from concept to delivery.
• Participate in and lead brainstorms to generate innovative creative ideas.
• Embrace change and manage the team through periods of rapid change.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets that meet aesthetic and functional goals.

Requirements

• A seasoned designer with 5+ years of experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle e-commerce.
• A hands-on creative with a portfolio reflecting exceptional digital design skills, including typography, imagery, motion design, and retouching.
• Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite; Figma and motion/video/animation experience is a plus.
• Comfortable managing a team and providing clear, constructive feedback.
• Confident in developing and applying brand systems, with motivation to experiment and innovate within them.
• Excellent at multitasking, prioritizing, and communicating across cross-functional teams.
