About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer with presentation and pitch deck design experience to join our Carat team creating pitch decks and materials supporting our Media practice area. You will report to a Creative Director. Please note that a digital portfolio is required. The role involves designing engaging visual content for various media, interpreting brand guidelines, and working within a team that functions like an in-house creative team within Cara's Media team.

Key Responsibilities

Design presentation and pitch decks and design in PowerPoint
Edit animations and videos
Design print pieces like booklets, corporate branding pieces, and wall wraps
Design digital assets such as websites and assets for social platforms
Design pitch theatre for our client presentations

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an agency environment
Experience building decks within PowerPoint
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint (advanced), Word (design))
Open to working flexible hours as client pitch deadlines demand

Qualifications

Experience with PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud tools
Relevant experience in visual design and presentation creation
