Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions in AWS.
Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, CodePipeline, or similar.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
Monitor, log, and troubleshoot distributed systems using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles and improve deployment quality.
Implement and advocate for DevSecOps best practices, ensuring compliance and security throughout the SDLC.
Maintain and optimize Kubernetes/ECS container platforms and associated service mesh and ingress architectures.
Manage versioned deployments and blue-green/Canary strategies to support zero-downtime rollouts.
Participate in incident response and post-mortems, implementing lessons learned into system reliability.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience.
Deep expertise in AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, S3, EKS/ECS, RDS, CloudFront, IAM, and VPC.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go) and proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation) and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD).
Solid understanding of networking, cloud security, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional).
