About the Role
Senior Devops Engineer. This position focuses on optimizing new Cloud Solutions, introducing new tooling, and leading initiatives within a company that emphasizes projects over office politics. It is a growth opportunity for a Senior Engineer with a background in Software Engineering who aims to become a Cloud SME for multiple teams and initiatives, primarily working with Microsoft stack technologies and Hadoop.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture design and planning for cloud solutions
- Hands-on deployment of cloud infrastructure and applications
- Contributing to 75% cloud development (Microsoft Azure)
- Contributing to 25% .NET Framework development
Requirements
- 4+ years experience architecting cloud solutions on Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Advanced experience coding as a Software Developer in C#, Javascript, .Net v4
- High understanding of Terraform and Hadoop Infrastructure
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of recent experience owning end-to-end Kubernetes projects
- Experience automating in a .NET environment
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
