We are seeking a senior Digital Analytics & CDP Consultant to join our team of data heroes, responsible for delivering digital measurement, analysis, and Customer Data Platform solutions using Adobe technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy digital tracking and measurement capabilities using tools like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Tags, GTM, Data Studio, and Big Query.
  • Implement Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions by ingesting customer data from digital channels and internal systems into platforms such as Adobe AEP, Tealium, Treasure Data, Salesforce Data Cloud, Bloomreach/Exponea, modeling customer 360 views, and activating insights for marketing automation, customer acquisition, programmatic advertising, and CRM.
  • Convert digital actions into marketing reports to support marketing optimization and increase conversions, including ad-hoc analysis, findings, and recommendations for marketing and sales teams, covering A/B testing, UX, paid media, and CDP/DMP activities.
  • Serve as the interface for GDPR and data protection topics related to measurement and CDP activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technology-related field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
  • 3+ years of digital (web/mobile) analytics experience with proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or Google Analytics/GA4, including measurement plan building, development, and deployment across web and mobile platforms.
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, campaign tagging, and conventions.
  • Knowledge of advertising solutions like Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Search, Facebook Ads, Floodlight, and TheTradeDesk.
  • Experience with analytics data quality processes using tools like HubScan and Observepoint.
  • Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and Excel for data manipulation.
  • Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML and Javascript.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle, data touchpoints, and business processes for marketing, sales, and customer service.
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team collaboration and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with third-party CDP or DMP tools and implementations such as Adobe AEP, Tealium, Treasure Data, Bloomreach/Exponea, AdForm.
  • Experience with marketing or CMS cloud technologies like Adobe AEM, Target, Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Datorama, DMP, CRM, Google BigQuery, WordPress, or Shopify.
  • Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel.
