Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor analytics team on measurement and attribution
  • Design and improve MTA/MMM frameworks for clients, either via internal Omnicom measurement providers, or external vendors
  • Align measurement strategies with client goals and media plans
  • Oversee attribution logic across all media channels
  • Aggregate and analyze data to optimize ROAS and KPIs
  • Drive A/B and incrementality testing to validate models
  • Synthesize complex findings clearly to clients and stakeholders
  • Stay current on measurement tech, privacy, and best practices
  • Ensure smooth and transparent delivery of data and results to clients, using a mix of automated reporting, business intelligence tools and data visualizations
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the agency
  • Collaborate closely with peers to ensure seamless integration of analytics into Media, Strategy, and Research teams' outputs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field
  • 7+ years in analytics/measurement/attribution; 3+ in media agency
  • Advanced knowledge of key advertising effectiveness methodologies (MTA, MMM, Incrementality testing, brand lift testing)
  • Familiarity with BI or data visualization platforms (Tableau, DOMO, PowerBI)
  • Familiarity with media measurement solutions (iSpot, Innovid, VideoAmp, etc.)
  • Expertise in Excel, .txt files; SQL/Python/R a plus
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
  • Familiar with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with media agency environments
  • Knowledge of additional data tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics/measurement/attribution
  • 3+ years of experience in a media agency setting
