Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java/React)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop mission critical Cybersecurity Manager Applications as part of a cross functional team.
• Work on the Encryptor Manager to enhance its capabilities and intelligence.
• Utilize the latest tools and technologies in application development.
• Define the scope, schedule, and expectations for assigned projects.
• Provide technical direction and leadership within project teams.
• Handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity and apply new information quickly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field.
• 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience.
• Agile experience preferred.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to security requirements.
• Working knowledge of software engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
• 3-5 years experience with Java, including Enterprise Java and Java Beans.
• Experience with JavaScript (React).
• Experience with Hibernate and Spring toolkit.
• Database experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Preferred skills include experience with Wildfly Application Web Server, REST APIs, RESTCONF interfaces, Material UI, security principles, Public Key Infrastructure, Digital Certificates, and SNMP.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, technical leadership, and ability to work effectively within teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with the Wildfly Application Web Server.
• Experience working with REST APIs and RESTCONF interfaces.
• Experience with Material UI.
• Experience developing application code using security principles.
• Working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure and Digital Certificate usage.
• Working knowledge of SNMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Security clearance at the time of hire.
