Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product teams to solution and support various risk applications related to Market, Credit, and Counterparty risk.
• Interact with derivative data warehousing and front office applications.
• Develop and implement enterprise-scale web-based applications on-premises and in the Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into quality software solutions.
• Support infrastructure automation and Agile DevOps practices to accelerate delivery of business value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong understanding of designing and building enterprise web applications on-prem and in the Cloud.
• Experience in implementing solutions using .NET, Python, Java, React/Angular, and Azure services (e.g., Azure Service Bus).
• Database skills, Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and development knowledge.
• Experience with API-driven solutions, data processing, reactive architecture, DevOps pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• 5+ years of experience in financial domains related to Risk, Derivatives, Scenario Analysis, and Data warehousing.
• Experience with Reference Data, Market Data, and Pricing solutions.
• Ability to work independently and interact with Front Office, Middle Office, and Enterprise Risk users.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise web applications and cloud solutions.

Nice to Have

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build strong cross-team relationships.
• Experience with building, delivering, and operating complex cloud-based systems (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with Agile software development, test-driven development, and continuous testing.
• Exposure to modern AI concepts such as generative AI, machine learning models, large language models, and conversational AI.
• Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with Numerix, Murex, Calypso.
