About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Write and maintain robust, efficient, and testable code using languages and frameworks such as React, Kotlin, Webflux, Elasticsearch, TypeScript, Cypress, CI/CD, Jenkins, Gradle, and Workday XpressO (XO).
Support services and customers in the production environment across frontend and backend environments.
Lead and mentor other engineers on the team.
Design and lead meaningful features with a focus on non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, monitoring, maintenance, security, usability, and quality.
Be a flexible teammate as part of a fast-paced product development team.
Provide technical influence within the team, leading technical and functional discussions.
Suggest enhancements for the product and build pipelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a multifaceted environment.

Requirements

7+ years of Object-Oriented Design and Programming experience building enterprise-level software, with a preference for Kotlin, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, or functional programming background.
3+ years experience in front-end development, creating RESTful Web applications within the React ecosystem.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong focus on performance, scalability, and security within a multi-functional team.
Experience with build technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle, and Jenkins.
Experience with deployment technologies like Terraform and YAML is preferred.
Proficient in producing high-quality technical documentation.
Demonstrable track record in technical leadership—people, product, and process.
Troubleshooting and triaging skills for resolving escalated production and customer issues.
Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions and communicate effectively across teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with ML technologies, agent design, and LLM models.
Familiarity with multiple programming languages and paradigms.

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise-level software development experience.
3+ years of front-end development experience with React.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
