Senior IS Applications Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of productivity applications.
• Conduct rigorous testing, address change requests, and facilitate successful system releases.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Talent Management - Learning module.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, including initial triage, mitigation, and resolution.
• Oversee features, change requests, testing, releases, and offer solutions to complex challenges.
• Collaborate with consulting implementation teams to transition workforce management and productivity application solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure solutions align with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or Commerce, or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5 or more years of application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle CloudSuite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, Workday, Kronos, or large nurse scheduling software.
• 2 or more years of experience executing medium to complex projects related to application management, deployment, support, and lifecycle.
• Experience in process improvement methodology, change management, and operational improvement in complex systems.

Nice to Have

• Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, CPA, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or HCM.
• Certifications such as Production and Inventory Management, CPA, Human Resources Global Professional, or Project Management Professional.
• Oracle Certified Professional in relevant FIN, SC, HCM applications.
• Experience with implementation or support of Oracle HCM Talent Management-Learning Module.
• Experience with large-scale business transformation and ERP system implementation across multiple regions or geographies.
