About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using Java within Concentrix's global technology and services team. This role involves working with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and cloud deployment, contributing to the company's mission of delivering innovative, tech-powered customer experience solutions. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java.
Build and manage microservices architecture to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Develop and maintain REST APIs to support frontend and third-party applications.
Utilize Conductor for orchestrating microservices workflows.
Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Ensure code quality through automated tests, code reviews, and pair programming.

Requirements

Strong experience with backend development using Java.
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
Proficiency in designing and implementing REST APIs.
Experience with Conductor for workflow orchestration.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for application deployment and management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

Experience with backend development using Java.
