Senior Lead Digital Product Manager - Core Banking Modernization

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs in support of core banking modernization efforts
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
• Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
• Coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others
• Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant product plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact to banking systems
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high impact presentations to senior leaders that leverage data to convey a meaningful story
• Proven track record of delivering results
• Strong relationship management, influencing, operational and execution skills
• Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems
• Experience working in an Agile organization
• Willingness to work on-site at stated locations and ability to travel up to 20%

Nice to Have

• Financial services experience preferably in the deposits space
• Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products from ideation to market delivery
• Solid analytics and insights skills with the ability to synthesize data for decision-making
• High energy and motivation, able to work independently and lead cross-functional teams including executives, channels, marketing, operations, and technology
• Strong ability to assess market and competitive conditions and develop creative approaches supporting customer experience and operational efficiencies
