About the Role

As a Senior Manager within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team, this person will be focused on bringing deep data expertise to support internal analytic initiatives and projects. These initiatives will drive improvement and efficiencies for Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) across a diverse array of solutions and approaches. You will partner to build cross-functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues, providing insights to enable Workplace Investments to make data-driven decisions to meet strategic objectives. This role plays a key part in the organization’s transformation to a platform-enabled, capability-led digital future, harnessing platforms that collect and deliver millions of interactions and transactions across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Senior Manager for analytics and insights work reporting on improvement initiatives across Workplace (WI) business units.
  • Drive leading class analytics, experimentation, and insight generation.
  • Leverage underlying platforms that collect and deliver data from web, mobile, phones, and other channels.
  • Develop and deliver analytical data and insights to solve business problems.
  • Enable partner stakeholders to make objective, informed decisions.
  • Provide opportunities for innovation through analytics capabilities and new technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of analytics techniques including profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis, and campaign measurement.
  • Experience working with data environments and querying languages/applications such as SQL, Alteryx, Python.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Experience interacting with cross-functional partners and crafting presentations that convey data narratives.
  • Working knowledge of analytic technologies including Alteryx, SAS, R, Python, Snowflake, etc.
  • Ability to acquire and transform data from multiple sources/environments for analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategy development, business analysis, risks, and opportunities.
  • Passion for leveraging data to drive better business decision-making.

  • Financial industry experience.
