Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and analytical Senior Marketing Analyst to join our high-performing marketing team at T-Mobile. In this role, you'll serve as a critical partner across marketing, growth, and media teams—owning the analysis of full-funnel campaign performance, diagnosing traffic trends, and helping us make smarter, faster decisions to optimize marketing impact. This position is based in Overland Park, KS or Bellevue, WA, and requires in-office presence three days per week. T-Mobile offers a comprehensive Total Rewards Package, including competitive salary, stock grants, 401(k), and various employee development resources. The role involves supporting marketing strategy through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end reporting and performance analysis across the marketing funnel.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards that track campaign KPIs, channel performance, and customer journeys.
  • Identify and investigate traffic sources and drivers across multiple sales channels and brand touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with media, business analysis, insights, and media analytics teams to provide actionable insights that optimize targeting, creative, and channel mix.
  • Support marketing testing efforts by designing test frameworks, interpreting results, and translating findings into recommendations.
  • Deliver compelling storytelling through data that highlights marketing effectiveness to both marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collate campaign results and present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders within the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing analytics, media measurement, or performance marketing roles, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in campaign analysis, attribution models, and funnel diagnostics across multiple channels (digital, social, email, search, etc.).
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau/Looker, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and/or marketing attribution platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to turn complex data into clear, impactful insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and explain data to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketers, product teams, and data engineers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing attribution platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital, social, email, and search marketing channels.
  • Ability to design and interpret marketing tests and experiments.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • At least 18 years of age.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary and bonus structure.
  • Total Rewards Package including stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to money coaching.
  • A culture that values growth, ownership, and transparency.

Working at T-Mobile US

T-Mobile values data, creativity, and performance equally. The company fosters a culture of growth, ownership, and transparency, emphasizing a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
