The Senior Marketing Analyst will be part of the Advanced Marketing Analytics Team, which applies scientific thinking and advanced analytics to solve marketing and commercial challenges, delivering actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive subscription revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of analytical solutions across initiatives such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), segmentation and personalization, and pricing optimization.
  • Develop and scale time series models to forecast funnel conversion, demand, and performance KPIs.
  • Apply machine learning and advanced statistical methods to uncover insights that drive marketing strategy.
  • Act as a thought partner to senior marketing and commercial stakeholders, translating complex data findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Champion a data-driven culture and support long-term business value creation through development of best-in-class data science capabilities in predictive modeling, attribution, customer segmentation, forecasting, and causal inference.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analytics, Marketing Tech, Consumer Insights, Finance, and other teams to provide and communicate data-driven recommendations to the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other data-related field; Master's or Ph.D. is a plus.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in machine learning and statistical modeling.
  • Proven track record of completing multiple data science projects end-to-end, from idea generation to implementation and deliverables.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with applied machine learning, business analytics, and data visualization.
  • Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference.
  • Understanding of common marketing metrics such as ROI, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms, data pipelines, and data transformation tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with predictive modeling, attribution, customer segmentation, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of causal inference techniques.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, agile environment.

  • Educational background in a data-related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
