Our marketing and advertising teams bring a unique blend of skills to tell the DISH and Sling story, whether coordinating high-level messaging for the C-suite, interacting with journalists to drive breaking news, or launching campaigns around our latest innovations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategy for automated and strategic communications across media channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS
Collaborate with product, data warehouse, and analytics teams to prioritize and execute new capabilities aimed at increasing restart conversions
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and oversee budgets for prospecting email campaigns and SMS capture
Utilize Adobe, Tableau, and RedPoint tools to drive data-driven performance marketing strategies
Conduct A/B testing and incremental measurement to optimize communication effectiveness
Apply expertise in owned media and FAST experience to enhance campaign performance
Create and present data-driven performance reports to upper management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in a relevant marketing role
Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing communications, including email and SMS campaigns
Proficiency in Adobe, Tableau, and RedPoint
Demonstrated ability to implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive incremental growth
Experience with A/B testing and working with owned media
Strong skills in upward management and data storytelling
Excellent organizational and planning skills with a strong work ethic and motivation
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and player-coach
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview

Qualifications

Educational background in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience in strategic marketing communications and performance marketing tools
