The opportunity involves leading the adoption and operations of innovative mobile app measurement and deep linking technologies, specifically focusing on Branch technology, to enable Adobe to provide world-class experiences. The role includes collaborating with customers and partners to implement transformative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Branch relationship for Adobe, focusing on the implementation of new use cases, adoption of new features, and daily operations.
  • Assess the technology landscape regularly, lead vendor analysis, and coordinate renewals for the platform team.
  • Plan and implement projects that support the marketing function, specifically targeting mobile app measurement and deep linking needs.
  • Work directly with Branch to understand the product roadmap and evangelize the adoption of new features or capabilities.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, offering mentorship, troubleshooting, and tailored solutions for Branch.
  • Assist with training and support to ensure clients effectively apply products and features.
  • Advocate for Adobe needs with Branch teams and influence product development.
  • Keep an eye on performance measures, pinpoint areas for improvement, and engage proactively from a platform standpoint.
  • Address technical issues and customer concerns to ensure Adobe's happiness with Branch.
  • Document technical solutions, customer interactions, and provide feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of relevant technologies, products, and solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts and build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • A dedication to understanding and meeting internal Adobe needs and ensuring their success.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage projects, coordinate resources, and meet deadlines.
