The company has been a leading provider of field force automation and jobsite intelligence solutions for the construction and energy sectors since 1999. They deliver innovative mobile and cloud-based platforms that enable contractors to track real-time field data, such as time, attendance, and production metrics, and integrate seamlessly with ERP, payroll, and project management systems. The organization is known for secure, intuitive technology and enterprise-grade solutions, serving contractors and large industrial clients with managed IT services. They are seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to focus on modern .NET development and real-time field data processing, joining their growing development team in Denton, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using C# and .NET (version 4 and above).
Implement interactive UI components and data-driven views using Blazor.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to scalable, secure software designs.
Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, code management, and deployment automation.
Collaborate with product, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Support integration with ERP systems and external authentication tools (SSO preferred).
Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production defects.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development using C# and .NET (4.0 or higher).
Hands-on experience with Blazor for web UI development.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including pipelines and release management.
Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and object-oriented principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.

Nice to Have

Experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
Background in construction, field data, or ERP integration environments.

Qualifications

Current authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis.
