Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements elicitation, architecture, and design.
• Create high-level design artifacts for software modules.
• Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules.
• Lead validation efforts for all types of testing.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
• Collaborate within a learning culture that encourages teamwork and diversity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in designing and developing software in C#, .NET, Azure, CICD, Web API, and REST API.
• Experience in UI development with React.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with .NET Core Framework, Microsoft SQL Server, and PowerShell.
• Understanding and experience in designing and implementing PaaS solutions using Azure Technologies (App Services, ADF, Azure Function, Azure SQL, etc.).
• Experience with Containers / AKS.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB, DocumentDB, MongoDB.
• Experience across the entire service development lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, and live site support.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams.
• Ability to independently learn new technologies.
• Experience working in a Global Delivery Model (onshore-offshore collaboration).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Great curiosity and willingness to question, undaunted by hard technical problems.
• Attention to detail, ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
