Senior Product Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage strong understanding of product design and skills across interaction, visual and service design to elevate the quality and maturity of the design practice at the bank.
• Use appropriate tools, platforms, frameworks, and design systems to create artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Support customer-centered design decisions by utilizing data, research insights, and creative problem-solving.
• Understand product, processes, and partner goals to bridge gaps between customer solutions and business needs.
• Gather feedback, understand technical and data capabilities, and navigate emerging technologies to inform design work.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Present work to diverse audiences using a human-centered approach, incorporating evidence and effectively articulating decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role.
• At least 5 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with an established design system.
• Experience collaborating with product, tech, and business partners.
• Experience working in heavily regulated, data-heavy problem spaces.
