Data services are at the heart of EcoStruxure Platform of Schneider Electric. The role involves defining the strategic vision for Data services of the platform, driving their development and delivery in collaboration with product engineering teams and stakeholders across the business to build a comprehensive roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and platform goals.

Key Responsibilities

Defining the product vision and strategy for data services.
Partnering with Lines of Business to understand customer needs and define growth strategies.
Conducting market research and gathering customer insights to inform product decisions.
Developing and managing the product roadmap.
Managing the entire product lifecycle, from idea to launch and post-launch analysis.
Communicating the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and on-budget product development and delivery.
Coordinating with marketing and sales teams to position and promote the product effectively.
Analyzing product performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Managing the product budget and ensuring profitability.

Requirements

Experience in Product Management, preferably in data platforms.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies related to data management.
Experience with digital-enabled cloud service models, including SaaS, PaaS, and DaaS.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management skills to drive end-to-end product delivery leveraging global teams in a matrix organization.
Demonstrated ability to define and adapt product strategy in a complex and evolving business environment.
Project management skills or experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

Intrapreneurial or entrepreneurial experience.
Strong knowledge of power management, building management, sustainability, industrial automation.
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
