The Senior Manager of Pharma Product for CVS Media Exchange (CMX) plays a key role in building innovative omni-channel marketing solutions for Pharma clients, leveraging CVS's data and media assets to engage consumers and healthcare providers, and ensuring strategic alignment across enterprise teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and development of Pharma marketing solutions, leveraging CVS's healthcare ecosystem.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise teams including privacy, legal, and business owners.
  • Utilize customer feedback and data to assess value, build business cases, and prioritize product features.
  • Lead product discovery, maintain a roadmap and backlog focused on high-impact solutions for Pharma clients.
  • Manage product roadmaps, analyze customer and product data, turn insights into initiatives, and determine rollout strategies.
  • Document and lead requirement documentation for pharma products.
  • Operate as the liaison between business and engineering teams to ensure timely advancement of roadmap items.
  • Gather feedback from front-end teams to drive product criteria and prioritize high-impact work.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, including strategic partnerships, marketing, analytics, and operations.
  • Partner with legal and privacy teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate measurement and reporting capabilities.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure product success and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Execute the product strategy and roadmap to achieve business objectives (OKRs).
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in Pharma marketing and adtech, and assess strategic partners to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management, with a focus on Pharma marketing, adtech, or healthcare media working with Pharma clients.
  • Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) and healthcare provider (HCP) marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy and regulatory considerations specific to Pharma and healthcare marketing.
  • Experience building and executing product roadmaps, defining MVPs, and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with legal, privacy, and compliance teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to build business cases, measure impact, and drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with adtech platforms and partners such as DeepIntent, Crossix, IQVIA, Swoop.
  • Knowledge of retail media networks and their role in Pharma marketing.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, healthcare-related discipline) or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, healthcare-related discipline) or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience).
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred.
