Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Determine project needs in collaboration with clients and stakeholders to produce accurate estimates.
• Coordinate with in-house personnel, vendors, and contractors to develop cost-effective estimates.
• Create and monitor budgets for awarded projects.
• Manage change orders and project documents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop personnel timelines for scheduling purposes.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and complete for all aspects of the project.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in related roles.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with field personnel, foremen, and project managers.
• Knowledge of freeze protective units is essential.
• Experience in the construction field is highly valued.
• Preferred experience in mechanical engineering.
