This role involves leading the design and development of the Finxact Core as a Service platform, creating and enhancing software to meet the needs of banks and financial institutions, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing leadership and guidance to other developers to ensure high-quality software solutions in the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business analysts, engineers, and system users to understand and implement application requirements.
Collaborate with partners to understand their implementations and gain knowledge in cloud-based SaaS technologies.
Develop new software and enhance existing applications to improve system quality and test coverage.
Provide leadership to other developers, assisting them in designing solutions and understanding best practices.
Ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables under tight deadlines.
Analyze and interpret data, discussing both business and technical topics.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in software application design and development in the financial industry, including loan servicing, deposit operations, card processing, interface development, and/or CRM systems.
6+ years of experience with RESTful services, Swagger, JSON data interchange, and GIT.
6+ years of experience leading development teams and providing technical guidance.
6+ years of experience in analyzing and interpreting data for business and technical discussions.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent military experience.

Nice to Have

Experience with Golang.
Experience working in a remote environment.
3+ years of experience in cloud-based SaaS development.
5+ years of experience in agile development methodologies.
3+ years of experience in containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship.
