Key Responsibilities

Develop full-stack software applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and Java.
Work on both front-end and back-end development, utilizing web-based components such as Lit, Angular, and React.
Create and maintain automated tests including unit tests, service level tests, and end-to-end tests.
Integrate software into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
Leverage industry standard open-source software solutions such as GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, and Rancher.
Participate in an automation-first and 'everything as code' development environment.

Requirements

Recent experience in software development using JavaScript, Node.js, and Java for full-stack development.
Experience with web-based components and JavaScript libraries such as Lit, Angular, and React.
Experience with application containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Rancher) in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, OpenShift).
Experience with CI/CD, deployment pipelines, automated build, and configuration tools.
Experience working in an Agile development environment using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Candidate must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain the clearance.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related engineering discipline.
Experience with creating, running, and maintaining automated tests.
Experience with software version control tools, such as Git.
Familiarity with the Space Domain.
Knowledge of database management systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience with API design and development, such as RESTful APIs.
Experience with microservices and microservice architecture.
Experience with HTML/CSS.
Experience in running unit tests with Playwright and/or integration testing with Cucumber.
Experience working on large-scale software projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
