Key Responsibilities

Design and implement payment gateway integrations for processing thousands of transactions a second.
Architect based on new requirements to support new features and rearchitect the existing system.
Design and implement RESTful APIs for payment devices.
Own the features and components from development through deployment and verification, to setting up production monitoring.
Perform production support services as part of a regular on call rotation.
Conduct future proof payment services through scalability and re-design of key components.
Refactor code to be more maintainable and testable.
Test drive development and unit testing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
7 years of experience working with Java in any job title.
4 years of REST API design or RESTful services.
4 years designing, implementing and maintaining complex, distributed software systems.
3 years working with RDBMS, Oracle, or MySQL database.
2 years working with Spring Boot framework.
