Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices based applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable, high-performance systems.
Optimize database performance and write efficient queries for MongoDB, Redis, RDS and MySQL.
Work with Kubernetes (K8s) to deploy, scale, and manage services.
Continuously learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure code quality through best practices.

Requirements

4+ years of experience using Node.js and React, with a stronger focus on backend development.
Extensive experience with MongoDB and Redis for backend systems, and strong proficiency in NoSQL data modeling.
Solid understanding of OOP and RESTful API design principles.
Experience with event-driven systems, including technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SNS/SQS.
Proven ability to write and maintain a comprehensive suite of unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Strong experience working in cloud environments (preferably AWS).
Ability to guide and mentor other engineers, conducting code reviews, design reviews, and hands-on debugging.
