About the Role

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal ERP and CRM systems, creating APIs for external system integration, and collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve business issues. The role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of adjusting work schedules to meet deadlines, and working within department processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate work estimates for completion of tasks.
Developing and maintaining our internal ERP and CRM systems.
Creating APIs to connect into external systems.
Work as a self-starter and follow department processes and procedures.
Have a strong work ethic and be able to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines.
Partner with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve business issues.

Requirements

5+ years full-stack experience: ability to work with and build back-end and front-end systems with sound analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
Experience with JavaScript and React and/or React Native, as well as knowledge of PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, Python, Json/XML and NodeJS.
Familiarity developing in Linux, and using program source control systems (Git, etc).
Ability to learn quickly, and to take a project from beginning to end.
Willingness and ability to work with legacy ERP system to meet fast-moving business requirements.
Familiarity with APIs and application integration techniques.
Knowledge, experience, and interest in distribution business processes and challenges is desired.
BS or BA. Degree in computer science preferred.
