Senior Software Engineer - Angular / API Integration / Spring Boot / Oracle

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing scalable microservices using Spring boot with a strong focus on RESTful API development and integration.
• Building dynamic front-end interfaces using the Angular Framework.
• Developing, publishing and consuming secure APIs, supporting both synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
• Collaborating with system integrators and downstream teams to ensure API contracts are well defined and documented (e.g., Swagger/Open API).
• Working with OnBase, OneSpan for document lifecycle management- from intake and classification to archival-ensuring signature ready documents are routed properly via automated workflows.
• Overseeing vulnerability management tasks, ensuring secure code and compliance with internal security standards.
• Collaborating across teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring adherence to architectural and coding standards.

Requirements

• Experience with Angular (latest versions), responsive UI, and API integration.
• Backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services API, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of workflow and automation tools such as Flowable (Enterprise), IBM BAW, Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with document and signature tools like OneSpan, DocuSign, OnBase, E-Sign, Wet sign workflows.
• Familiarity with integration and messaging technologies such as REST APIs, Kafka, data mapping and transformation.
• Proficiency with DevOps and platform tools including Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), SonarQube.
• Understanding of security and compliance standards, including secure coding and audit-ready workflows.
• Typically requires a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
