About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in managing, configuring and Troubleshooting Avaya communication system
• Develop IVR systems using various technologies, scripting languages (e.g., GVP, GML, CCXML), and APIs
• Integrate IVR systems with backend databases, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications
• Debug and resolve technical issues within IVR systems to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with business teams and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Monitor and maintain IVR systems to ensure stability and scalability
• Document IVR designs, callflows, and application implementations
• Provide technical support to other developers and end-users

Requirements

• Proficiency in managing, configuring and Troubleshooting Avaya communication system

• Integrate IVR systems with backend databases, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications
• Ability to obtain US Security Clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship or Green Card status

Qualifications

• Experience with Avaya communication systems
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as GVP, GML, CCXML
• Experience integrating IVR with databases and CRM systems
