About the Role

We are looking for candidates local to the San Jose area as this is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days in the office each week. The role involves working within the Intersight Core UI Team, a dedicated group focused on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. The team is at the forefront of design and development, ensuring seamless and engaging interactions for users. As a Senior UI developer, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining top-notch user interfaces for web applications, working closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and backend developers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces
Collaborate with UX designers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces
Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Maintain and improve existing user interface components

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5 or more years of experience in UI development
Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
Experience in developing, implementing, or optimizing AI-driven solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing, or computer vision technologies

Nice to Have

Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
Skills in optimizing front-end performance for faster load times and efficient rendering
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with LitElement and lit-html for building web components
