Senior Software Engineer ( Fullstack - .NET/C#/Angular)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute advanced development tasks for both frontend and backend, using .NET Core, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React), ensuring that software solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
• Provide technical guidance, solution validation, and architectural leadership on complex projects, focusing on innovation and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead, Manager, Architects, Cloud Engineers, and other stakeholders to assist in defining project goals, establishing technical standards, and setting timelines, contributing strategically to the project planning and execution phases.
• Analyze existing applications for performance improvements, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Mentor associates, mid-level developers, and new team members, promoting a learning culture and continuous improvement within the team.
• Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote overall quality of outputs across all development processes by continually reviewing and refining code quality metrics.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support development and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior role focusing on .NET and JavaScript technologies.
• Proven track record of successful project execution in a team-specific context, demonstrating the ability to lead projects within a specialized team environment.
• Experience building native cloud applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Microsoft AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals Certification (must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment if not current).
• AZ-204 Certification (must be obtained within the first six months of employment if not current).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a growth mindset, with a focus on continuous learning and applying new technologies.
• Expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, system architecture, and proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, Angular, and TypeScript.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Blob Storage and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL, Cosmos DB, and relational database management (SQL Server or Oracle).
• Understanding of security best practices within software development and cloud deployments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React and legacy ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Familiarity with cloud services beyond Azure, such as AWS.
• Experience with security testing and implementing security best practices.
