We are seeking a motivated Senior Software Engineer to contribute to advancing and modernizing healthcare technologies, playing a crucial role in building and delivering high-quality software that enhances customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the long-term quality of architecture, design, and code of our software systems.
Own critical component of the software architecture.
Lead hands-on design, coding, and reviews as required.
Help deploy and maintain large scale software in Production, ensuring operational excellence.
Possess knowledge in performance, scalability, distributed architecture, and engineering best practices.
Help translate business requirements into software systems in an Agile environment.
Serve as technical lead on demanding, cross-functional projects.
Help the career development of other team members, mentor individuals on advanced technical issues, and support managers in growing their teams.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience with designing and building software engineering solutions in cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform).
3-5+ years of experience in one or more modern languages, such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
3-5+ years of experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns.
3+ years of experience soliciting complex requirements and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
3+ years of experience independently managing deliverables.

Nice to Have

Knowledge in GCP architecture, commands and experience designing & optimizing software and data engineering patterns.
Healthcare, Retail, Pharmacy and/or Insurance domain experience.
Machine Learning and Generative AI experience at scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related field.
Master's Degree preferred.
