Looking for Senior Java developers to join us for a fulltime role in Seattle, WA. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java applications within a collaborative environment that supports employee well-being and diversity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements
  • Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Optimize application performance and scalability

Requirements

  • Java 17 (including Functional Programming)
  • Experience with Spring Boot > v3.0.0 and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
  • Knowledge of Python (Spark) and Databricks
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
  • Experience with Non-Functional & Automation testing
  • Experience with version control systems like GIT, ADO/Jenkins, CICD
  • Fundamentals of Kubernetes, including scaling and deployment
  • Azure Fundamentals
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
