Key Responsibilities

Work as a member of the software team involved in embedded software development.
Interact with different network elements on Access Network towards adapting with L2 Subsystem, and on CSN Network towards adapting with service network components.
Design, develop, and deploy new and innovative technology into a service provider network.
Utilize an agile development methodology to stay ahead of deadlines and meet customer expectations.
Collaborate closely with team members and enjoy working with people who have a technical mind and thrive when challenged.

Requirements

7 to 11 years of software engineering experience in Java with a strong emphasis on software architecture and design in Unix/Linux based platforms.
Experience with network programming and concurrent/multithreaded programming.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated software deployments.
Experience working in a cloud environment, specifically AWS EMR.
Familiarity with Hadoop and data processing technologies such as Kafka is advantageous.
Problem-solving skills and a DevOps approach.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering disciplines.
Up to 10% travel availability.
