The ICE Product and Pricing Engineering team is seeking a lead engineer with extraordinary technical skills and a passion for innovation to develop the next generation mortgage automation solution. This role involves building highly scalable and robust software in a polyglot environment, working cross-functionally to define, evaluate, and implement technical solutions that meet business and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Software Development Lifecycle from design review through testing, focusing on developing robust, maintainable, and reusable components using Node.js, React.js, and C#.
Optimize components for maximum performance across web-capable devices and browsers.
Responsible for software enhancements, defect corrections, and feature integrations through incremental releases using agile principles.
Work with development teams to establish security requirements early in the SDLC and contribute security expertise during development.
Implement, maintain, and integrate automation tools and technologies to ensure scalable and high-performance software.
Write detailed documentation for all functionality/features and design innovative solutions to improve performance and scalability.
Work effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally to support product development and technical initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, CIS, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of enterprise software development experience.
Proficiency and understanding of Node.js, React.js, and their core principles.
Strong backend experience with Node.js, including integration with RESTful APIs.
Experience with REST architectural patterns and building RESTful services.
Deep knowledge of industry standards and best practices for large, complex platforms and software.
Experience in developing enterprise-level, high-quality pricing engines is strongly preferred.
Experience with GIT version control systems.
Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, Artifactory, and similar tools.

Nice to Have

Experience in supporting CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, Artifactory, and similar toolsets.
Experience with NoSQL databases and data stores like S3.
