About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Specialty ServiceNow Software Engineer to support the Enterprise Business Resiliency (EBR) line of business within the TCOO Group (Technology for the Chief Operating Office). The role involves supporting technology services related to operations, control, business continuity, resiliency, data solutions, regulatory relations, customer experience, and enterprise shared services. The position requires leading or participating in complex initiatives, ensuring quality, security, and compliance, and providing technical solutions and support within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or participate in complex initiatives on selected domains
Assure quality, security and compliance for supported systems and applications
Serve as a technical resource in finding software solutions
Review and evaluate user needs and determine requirements
Provide technical support, advice, and consultation related to supported applications
Create test data and conduct interfaces and unit tests
Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
Ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met and work with stakeholders on risk initiatives
Conduct research and resolve process-related problems, recommending solutions and improvements
Assist other team members in advanced software development
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements

4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
4+ years of ServiceNow Software Engineering experience (development and support)
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Business Continuity Module (BCM), Common Services Data Model, or custom workflows
Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and/or CMDB

Nice to Have

2+ years of Agile delivery experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a scrum team to design, implement, and support IT solutions
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer focusing on design and development of custom applications
Preferred expertise with integrations and Integration Hub
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
