Senior Systems Development Architect/ Engineer -IDM & AM (SENIOR LEVEL - L6)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design IAM systems that scale across services and regions.
• Set technical standards and guide architectural decisions.
• Develop secure authentication and authorization systems using modern languages and cloud platforms.
• Automate infrastructure with CI/CD and IaC tools.
• Implement controls to meet security and compliance standards.
• Partner with security teams to address vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate new IAM technologies, improve system performance, and create automation for operational efficiency.
• Guide junior engineers, lead cross-functional initiatives, and share best practices across teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years in systems engineering, 5+ years in IAM.
• Deep expertise in OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, JWT.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, cloud IdPs.
• Knowledge of PKI, certificate management, REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, PowerShell.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong background in infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and automation.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree or security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Zero Trust, PAM, HSMs.
• Contributions to open-source or technical publications.
