Senior Technology Software Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on complex technology Cloud initiatives including those that are companywide, with broad impact to external and internal customers.
• Active contributor in developing cloud native microservices, and modern event driven, data lake and analytics solution, along with automating the provisioning of Azure/GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid Cloud Infrastructure using Infrastructure as a Code.
• Adopt and champion standards and companywide best practices for engineering and large-scale technology solutions in all aspects such as design, development, automated testing, True CD, documentation of the Engineering and Non-functional requirement aspects of the Cloud platform.
• Understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
• Collaborate and consult with senior engineering managers, leads and architects to resolve technical issues and achieve goals.
• Work in a globally distributed team to provide innovative and robust Cloud centric solutions.
• Work closely with Product Team and Vendors to develop and deploy Cloud services to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 4+ years of experience with Node JS, JAVA, Spring Boot.
• 2+ years working with Cloud Platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• 2+ years of experience with Python.
• 1+ years of experience with GenAI.
• 1+ years of experience with Playbooks, Vertex AI.

Nice to Have

• 4+ years of Contact Center industry experience with design, development, testing, integration with vendors, CRMs and business applications.
• Proven knowledge in contact center sub domains such as IVR/IVA, NLU/NLP, Real Time Omni channel Agent experience and customer journey, CX/AX experience optimization using AI/ML.
• 4+ years of experience with Kafka, Distributed Caches (GemFire, Redis), Elastic Search, GraphQL, NoSQL Databases (Cassandra or Mongo), Graph Databases, Public Cloud Marketplace services.
• 2+ years of Deep Domain Driven Design experience with cloud native Microservices designed for massive scale and resiliency, deployed on PCF/VMWare Tanzu, K8s or Serverless cloud technologies.
• 2+ years working with GCP or alternate public/hybrid cloud and delivering cloud products at scale.
• 2+ years of experience with front-end Web applications using React, Redux, RXJS, Typescript, progressive Web Apps, Rest APIs, real-time eventing gRPC or Web Sockets, Micro front end architecture.
• 2+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks for Java/Python, UI Micro services, Service Virtualization, API Testing, WebRTC signaling, audio testing, performance stress/load tests, chaos resiliency testing.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with TrueCD, DevOps tools like Cucumber, Jenkins.
• Experience with Google Agent Development Kit.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and GitHub, and familiarity with modern IaC/EaC pipelines.
• Scripting and automation skills in Python/Go, Shell, Gherkin, PowerShell.
• Professional cloud certification on Azure/GCP or other cloud providers.
• Full stack application development experience is a plus.
• Understanding of Network Security, Enterprise Architecture, and OWASP Security practices.
• Exposure to ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph is a plus.
