Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase awareness and adoption of products and solutions at scale.
  • Drive the development of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Create thought leadership to scale the company's narrative and educate clients and ecosystem partners.
  • Contribute to product strategy for complex products and solutions, using subject matter expertise to drive direction.
  • Collaborate with partners, including marketing and sales, to execute product launches and enable sales.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform product commercialization strategies.
  • Analyze market data and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of demonstrated ability in product management, product marketing, strategy, or related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate teams and make decisive decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis to inform strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to solution complex issues quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles in a financial services context.
