Servicenow Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and workflows.
• Develop business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and scheduled jobs.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Ensure best practices and governance standards are followed across development activities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot platform issues as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and configuration.
• Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Servers.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
