Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, or SecOps
Customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Data Policies
Develop custom applications using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine
Build integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other technologies
Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable ServiceNow solutions
Lead platform upgrades, clone activities, and instance maintenance efforts
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow and enterprise architecture standards and governance
Evaluate and recommend platform enhancements, plugins, and emerging features
