About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy new business applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Support and maintain existing business applications, ensuring they meet business needs and standards.
• Assist in analyzing business requirements and providing software development solutions to end users.
• Monitor the environment and resolve issues using available documentation and tools.
• Participate in architecture reviews and ensure solutions comply with standards and use approved technologies.
• Support enterprise-wide software maintenance and change implementations.
• Provide timely and professional support, including incident hand-offs and issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a safe, ethical work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related technology discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of development experience supporting platform or application code, including API integration with REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow.
• Experience with Web technologies such as Web Forms, MVC, jQuery/Javascript, Angular.js, Vue.js, CSS3, HTML5.
• Experience working with database technologies like Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
• Understanding of business IT applications such as EMR, EHR, HR, and finance systems.
• Knowledge of infrastructure environments including operating systems, security, and network applications.
• Understanding of Project Management fundamentals and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Certifications related to supporting applications or platforms, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer for ServiceNow.

Nice to Have

• Healthcare IT experience.

Qualifications
